New Family Coaster "100% Wolf" Opens at Plopsaland Deutschland

Last weekend Plopsaland Deutschland treated its fans to a real highlight: the official opening of the brand-new family coaster "100% Wolf". The 11-million-euro investment marks the start of a massive master plan worth more than 150 million euros that will gradually turn the park into a true multi-day destination – and visitors are already loving every second of it.

Themed after the internationally successful Studio 100 film and series franchise "100% Wolf", the coaster offers a long, varied ride. With a 760-meter track and three trains it delivers high capacity and short waits, so families can easily enjoy several laps. The big moment comes right at the end: the signature spike element as the finale, where the train races up a steep ramp and then rolls backward down again. A genuine surprise that fits the whole themed adventure perfectly.

That’s exactly what makes "100% Wolf" stand out. It forms the ideal bridge between the classic kids’ attractions and the park’s more intense coasters. Accessibility and adrenaline sit in perfect balance – precisely what today’s families are looking for.

The expansion is already gaining momentum. Over the coming years Plopsaland Deutschland will invest 150 million euros in new attractions, restaurants and accommodations. Concrete projects include the Plopsaqua Haßloch water park and an Xtreme Spinning Coaster developed in cooperation with Tomorrowland, both scheduled to open in 2028. The park’s very first on-site hotel is also on the way. A partner hotel program with 25 hotels and around 3,000 beds is already up and running, making multi-day stays straightforward.

In the coming years many more major projects await the park. We are consistently focusing on developing Plopsaland Deutschland into a full-fledged multi-day destination for families,” a spokesperson summed up the mood.

They added: “Families are enormously important to our park. With 100% Wolf we have deliberately chosen a family coaster that is accessible to a broad audience. It forms a bridge between our children’s attractions and the more intense coasters and offers a great balance of accessibility and adrenaline – perfect for the whole family.”
