Fans of the video game "Ed & Edda: GRAND PRIX" can rejoice: The new DLC “Ed & Edda: GRAND PRIX – Goes Europa-Park” enables high-speed races through the famous theme park. The expansion is now available, including four new tracks, playable characters, and Steam Deck compatibility. MACK Magic and Tivola have announced the update, which certifies both the DLC and the main game for the Steam Deck.
New Tracks and Park Feeling
The expansion brings the authentic Europa-Park atmosphere to the game. Players race on four brand-new tracks that reflect the park. These can be played individually, in local multiplayer, or consecutively in Grand Prix mode. The routes pass by iconic attractions such as the “
Voltron Nevera powered by Rimac,” the “
WODAN - Timburcoaster,” and the “
EuroSat - CanCan Coaster.”
Special Moments and Authenticity
Special moments ensure authenticity. Players dash right through the famous entrance gate of Germany's largest theme park. A highlight is the detour into the
Swiss Bob Run, where the racer tests its limits.
Roller Coaster Challenge as New Mode
A new mode expands the gaming experience. In the Roller Coaster Challenge, players must prove they are faster than the legendary “
blue fire Megacoaster.” This mode can be played solo or locally with up to four players.
Four Fresh Characters
Four new characters enrich the selection. These include Snorri, the mascot of Rulantica; Madame Freudenreich as the heroine of "DINO MATES"; Socke the Allosaurus; and the Yomi girl Rubi. Each character comes with its own racer and design.
