Europa-Park has kicked off a successful training start with nearly 100 new apprentices, laying the foundation for tomorrow's skilled professionals. During a comprehensive onboarding week, the young talents were welcomed and prepared for their entry into professional life. This week featured trainings and program elements that provide orientation and facilitate a smooth arrival at the company.
Onboarding Week at Europa-Park
The onboarding week at Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort included general introductions to Germany's largest theme park. In addition, the apprentices received insights into specific content related to their professional and specialist areas. This ensures that all apprentices and dual students are optimally prepared for their first day of work in their respective deployment areas.
Festive Conclusion of the Week
The festive conclusion of the onboarding week was a joint evening event in the Ballsaal Berlin on Friday evening. The apprentices were invited to this event along with their families. Following the welcome by Frederik Mack, the company was presented. This was followed by a panel discussion with apprentices from higher training years. The focus was on personal exchange and mutual acquaintance, aligning with the family-oriented togetherness that is highly valued at Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort.
Responsibility as a Family Business
As a family-owned company, Europa-Park takes responsibility for the next generation. Through its comprehensive training program, the company invests not only in its own future but, above all, in the professional and personal development of young people. Frederik Mack, HR Director, emphasizes this by stating that with each new training cohort, responsibility is assumed for tomorrow's skilled professionals. The goal is to promote young people, open perspectives for them, and prepare them optimally for their professional future.
