The Crowd Level indicates the average daily visitor congestion in the park, based on the waiting times of selected attractions. To this end, we evaluate the minimum and maximum average waiting times of these attractions every minute, calculated using algorithms and historical data. This allows us to accurately account for daily fluctuations. The daily average is derived from these minute-by-minute Crowd Levels, which are available live in the opening display. The calendar uses colors to show estimated wait times for a day, helping you plan your visit perfectly.

We do not provide forecasts for wait times or crowd levels, as these are influenced by numerous factors that are difficult to predict. These include weather, holidays, vacation periods, as well as unscheduled maintenance, special events, or operational changes. Different visitor groups, such as families, school classes, or thrill-seekers, distribute themselves differently throughout the park, significantly impacting wait times. Current data consistently shows how quickly wait times can fluctuate, making predictions unreliable. Inaccurate forecasts could harm both parks and visitors. If a quiet day is predicted but turns out to be crowded, guests are disappointed by unexpectedly long wait times. Conversely, if a busy day is forecasted but the park remains empty, parks lose visitors who avoided the day. Therefore, we rely solely on real-time data to optimally support your visit.
