25 Years of Colossos: Five Fans Win Tattoos at Heide Park Resort

How far does true roller coaster love go — all the way under the skin? Heide Park Resort is about to find out. For the 25th birthday of Colossos – Kampf der Giganten, the park is looking for five fans who will show their passion not only with fan merchandise but also with an exclusive Colossos tattoo. Win over the jury with an extraordinary story, and you will be tattooed on Sept. 12, 2026, at the big anniversary party, in the shadow of the wooden coaster.

For 25 years, Colossos – Kampf der Giganten has stood for adrenaline, courage and shared experiences. The legendary wooden roller coaster is more than a record ride: It is the icon of Heide Park Resort and connects generations of theme park fans. On Sept. 12, 2026, the park will celebrate its wooden coaster with an exclusive anniversary party for around 1,000 guests and fans.

Five fans, five stories, one design: Colossos. Fans who have shown their passion with fan articles now get something truly special. At the party, five selected fans will be tattooed with a view of the wooden structure, accompanied by the attraction's characteristic soundtrack — an experience unique in this form.

Emotional, funny, nostalgic or crazy — stories from a quarter-century of wooden coaster history can win the jury over. A jury will select the five winners, who will receive their personal Colossos tattoos on Sept. 12.

Fans can apply through Aug. 30, 2026. Submissions must include the fan's personal Colossos story and a photo of the fan, ideally with Colossos. Email entries with the subject line “Ich will ein Colossos-Tattoo” to [email protected]. Fans can also enter through Heide Park Resort's official social media channels.

Winners will receive the tattoo, a Golden Ticket to the exclusive Colossos anniversary party and a second Golden Ticket so family or friends can share the moment. If Colossos has long lived in your heart, this is the chance to take the park's icon under the skin. Applications must be received by Aug. 30, 2026.
