Nigloland fans, here’s something to look forward to: Starting Saturday, July 4, the park is adding two new themed dining spots that will finally complete the Forêt de Niglo. With the opening of "Le Terrier" and "La Confiserie de Niglotte," the immersion for families becomes even deeper and more delicious – just the kind of fairy-tale break many are looking for between rides.
The two new spots are the last pieces of the Forêt de Niglo, a project that began back in 2020 with the opening of Noisette Express. The park’s architects and designers shaped "Le Terrier" and the adjoining confiserie to carry on the aesthetic of the Maison de Niglo and L’Envol des Papillons without a hitch. Warm decor and consistent theming create a fully coherent experience right in the heart of the family area.
Jessy Roig, Concepteur Designer of the park, puts it clearly: “Le Terrier was conceived as a true family haven, a restaurant that is both warm and deeply immersive. In contrast, the adjoining confiserie adds a sweet and colorful touch!”
What makes it especially appealing: the immersion continues straight onto the plate. Guests can order and enjoy the Pani'Niglo, Niglotte or Panini Rikko – all inspired by the park’s mascots and perfectly in tune with the surroundings.
A real first for the park is the introduction of interactive ordering terminals. Families can now place their orders for favorite paninis quickly via touchscreen and cut down on waiting time. With 25 cozy indoor seats and generous outdoor terraces, "Le Terrier" blends modern convenience with the park’s enchanting atmosphere.
Right next door, La Confiserie de Niglotte offers sweet treats. Designed in a playful girly style, it also marks the first official appearance of Niglotte anywhere in the park. A nice touch: the facade features glazed tiles from the local Tuilerie d’Amance – another example of Nigloland’s close ties with regional suppliers.
With Chochoï, the new rabbit chef of the Forêt de Niglo, a charismatic new character moves into the neighborhood. The cheerful, generous bunny with his contagious laugh and mischievous smile brings an extra layer of warmth and sociability to the area. This makes the Forêt de Niglo not only tastier, but also emotionally richer and more special.
