The Liseberg amusement park in Gothenburg is once again facing challenges ahead of its Halloween season. Due to repeated disturbances, particularly among groups of teenagers, the park has sent a mass message to parents via the Vklass platform. The goal is to improve young visitors' behavior during the Halloween celebrations.

On Sunday, September 22, 2024, Europa-Park honored over 300 volunteers from the German Catholic Youth (BDKJ) for their involvement in this year’s 72-Hour Campaign. In collaboration with the BDKJ diocesan associations and the Mack family, the young helpers were invited for a special day of appreciation at the park. The day concluded with an exclusive event in the Globe Theater, located in the park's English-themed area.

This year, Walibi Belgium is celebrating the 25th anniversary of its legendary Halloween event by transforming into the eerie parallel world of “Ibilaw.” From October 12 to November 3, 2024, visitors can look forward to a spine-chilling spectacle featuring new haunted houses, scare zones, a show, and a horrifying culinary experience. The highlight of the event is the return of Bill, a mysterious figure trapped in the park since 1976.

Europa-Park has suspended the use of its Skybeamer during the “Colossal – 20 Years of Colosseo” show following a warning from the Offenburg district office. The reason for the suspension was the lack of a required nature conservation permit. The Skybeamer raised concerns among environmentalists about its potential effects on birds and insects.
