Napa Rose Reopens February 6, 2026 at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa in Disneyland Resort – 25 Years of Fine Dining

Starting February 6, 2026, Napa Rose at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa in the Disneyland Resort reopens its doors, celebrating its 25th anniversary with a completely reimagined experience. The iconic restaurant, a cornerstone of fine dining at the Disneyland Resort since 2001, presents a refreshed design, an elevated menu, and the same unwavering commitment to California wine country cuisine, refined hospitality, and exceptional craftsmanship.

Chef Andrew Sutton, Culinary Director of Signature Dining at the Disneyland Resort, has been with Napa Rose since day one and remains the guiding force behind its evolution. “Reopening Napa Rose feels deeply personal,” he says. “We took the time to do this thoughtfully – honoring the story of the space while allowing the restaurant to evolve into who we are today. We’re working at the strongest level we ever have, with a menu and wine program shaped by craftsmanship, seasonality, and a broader international perspective.”

The reimagined menu stays rooted in wine country cooking while focusing on peak-season ingredients sourced from top producers in California and beyond. In the main dining room, guests enjoy a four-course prix-fixe tasting menu with multiple choices per course. The bar and lounge offer a separate à la carte menu featuring refined small plates, caviar service, seafood preparations, and charcuterie – all designed to pair perfectly with the wine and cocktail programs. Opening menu standouts include Colorado rack of lamb, tangerine-roasted Rocky chicken, and miso cabbage scallion crepes, plus desserts such as Fiscalini Reserve white cheddar cannoli or warm apple honey brioche. Bar highlights range from pepita-crusted zucchini blossoms and Berkel-sliced charcuterie to decadent Osetra golden caviar bites. Signature cocktails include the “East of Furnace Creek” with butterfly pea flower cordial and Meyer lemon tincture, and the smoky, spicy “Sequoia Skyline,” a twist on the classic Manhattan.

The wine program remains one of the region’s most extensive, with more than 13,000 bottles representing approximately 1,500 labels, curated by Wine Director Patrick Kirchen for depth and provenance.

The redesigned interior draws deeper inspiration from California’s Arts and Crafts tradition, honoring the history, people, and nature of Napa Valley. Warm woods, cork, stone, leather, a striking Mission Vine-inspired chandelier, barrel-evoking columns, and a large mural of Napa vineyards create a modern yet welcoming atmosphere. A dramatic floor-to-ceiling wine wall, an open show kitchen, a private dining room, outdoor terraces, and a lounge complete the experience.

“At Napa Rose, we invite guests to savor a dining experience that honors the past, draws deeply from nature, and takes inspiration from innovation,” says Katrina Mosher, creative director, Walt Disney Imagineering.

Napa Rose will be open daily from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. beginning February 6, 2026. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made via the Disneyland website or Disneyland app.
