Futuroscope Launches 39th Season with Immersive Highlights

After smashing its all-time record with 2.6 million visitors in 2025 and wrapping up the triumphant “Vision 2025” program, Futuroscope has kicked off its 39th season – and fans of cutting-edge immersive experiences are in for a treat. A massive 300 million euros invested over just five years has transformed the French park into a true short-stay destination: award-winning attractions like Chasseurs de Tornades (voted “best attraction in the world” in 2023), two themed hotels (Station Cosmos and Ecolodgee), and the Aquascope water park, named “best theme park in the world” in 2025. Now, on the eve of its 40th anniversary, Futuroscope doubles down on what has always defined it: breathtaking immersion and larger-than-life visuals.

2026 is all about refreshing iconic classics. Three beloved attractions are getting complete overhauls, delivering even more intense, interactive, and spectacular moments – exactly what dedicated Futuroscope fans crave.

La Serre des Mondes: Interactive Wonder World from February

In the Pavilion 360, La Serre des Mondes creates a captivating immersive walk-through experience. Guests move freely through the space, touching, exploring, and even smelling their surroundings – triggering glowing, fantastical vegetation to bloom right beneath their feet. This project is a collaboration with Moment Factory, the renowned multimedia studio behind Aquascope’s stunning immersive spaces.

T.Rex: Dinosaur Giant in Stunning Laser Quality

The Omnimax pavilion becomes the stage for an overwhelming encounter: On the massive 900 m² dome screen, the legendary T.Rex roars to life in razor-sharp laser projection. The total immersion brings visitors closer to the prehistoric monster than ever before – a must for anyone who loves epic visuals and thrills.

More Highlights from April

Starting in April, PULSE ! L'Odyssée électrique by EDF opens as a free-flowing interactive experience in one of the park’s historic pavilions. Visitors become active participants in the energy transition through fun, educational stations. At the same time, CAMPUS NUMERIA launches: A 2,500 m² innovative digital education hub offering scientific, digital, and professional learning paths for 10,000 students and 2,000 teachers annually.

And for a winter escape: Aquascope has been open since February 7. Constant 29°C water, eight slides, a kid-friendly water play area, and a vibrant immersive digital universe await – the perfect complement to a multi-day visit.

Futuroscope stays true to its pioneering spirit, delivering the innovative, emotionally gripping experiences that have captivated fans for decades. If you’re chasing next-level immersion, start planning now – the 39th season is underway!
