The LEGO Festival is back – and better than ever! Families, take note: From July 20 to August 30, 2026, LEGOLAND Germany Resort transforms into a massive interactive play paradise. The world’s largest LEGO Festival invites guests for the second year in a row to boundless imagination, creativity and pure family fun. With five exciting zones, brand-new highlights and exclusive experiences available only here in Germany, this summer will be unforgettable for LEGO fans.
Upon arrival, all guests receive a colorful LEGO Festival wristband and a Festival card. These vibrant companions turn visitors into official festival participants and unlock the full experience: playing, discovering and celebrating their own creativity all day long. Perfectly combinable with the park’s more than 68 rides, attractions and shows.
LEGO Festival Zones 2026: From Music to Action
In the Music Zone, everything revolves around energy and performance. At the “Battle of the Bands” show, rock stars and pop stars compete against each other. Kids can take the stage themselves, dance along and sing along. Families build together on a large festival mosaic, discover LEGO models for the coolest family photos and meet LEGO characters like Melody Raye and Lyric Santos.The Creative Zone takes building creativity to a new level. New highlights include the Creatureverse building sessions with a Master Model Builder. Here, models like the Fantasy Animal and “Let’s Create a Creature” come to life. Particularly popular are the photo moments with the LEGO Festival Panda and the LEGO Peacock – guests can give it an even more colorful plumage with self-built LEGO feathers.
The Chill Out Zone invites families to a relaxed timeout in a secret garden. New for 2026 is the LEGO Botanicals “Build & Bloom” activity: guests build a LEGO Botanicals flower and add it to a growing installation with LEGO butterflies and insects made from LEGO bricks. A gardener built from LEGO bricks and the relaxed stage show “Playtime with Hopsy” provide pure relaxation.
Making their debut this year are the Thrill Zone and the Play Zone. In the sports-oriented and high-energy Thrill Zone, it’s all about keeping your nerves steady! The 3-Build-Challenge: Creativity Gets Rewarded
A special highlight is the 3-Build-Challenge. Families complete various challenges and collect valuable stamps on their LEGO Festival card. Anyone who completes three or more exclusive LEGO Festival building activities can secure a LEGO Creator 3-in-1 gift before heading home. Build, collect stamps, secure rewards – that’s how the festival is really fun!Throughout the entire park there are themed play zones with hands-on building activities, LEGO models as perfect photo spots, live shows, family-friendly challenges and the chance to meet many different LEGO characters in person.

Throughout the park there will be various themed areas where the children playfully take the lead, build, participate, experience shows up close and meet their favorite LEGO characters in person. And because the festival zones are placed in many different locations in the park, families can design their day according to their mood and combine the festival fun with our rides and attractions.”Gastronomically, there are cool new LEGO Festival dishes and drinks – including new treats in LEGO brick shape. In the LEGO Store, families can discover the latest sets from the festival zones and take home exclusive LEGO Festival merchandise so the play fun continues at home.
All festival activities are included with regular park admission. Online tickets are available from 39 euros. Anyone who wants to extend the fun can book an overnight stay for the whole family at the multiple-award-winning LEGOLAND Holiday Village with just a few clicks and enjoy at least a 24-hour LEGO-intensive experience.
