Several important conditions apply when booking the ResortPass benefit for Traumatica 2025. The number of tickets is limited, so individual dates may be sold out. After a successful booking, the discounted ticket is stored directly on the ResortPass, without any email delivery. For entry, the ResortPass in digital or physical form is sufficient. The ticket is non-transferable and cannot be rebooked or canceled. Cancellation or exchange of event tickets purchased through regular sales is also not possible. The discounted ticket does not include a parking ticket, which can be booked separately online. The ParkingPass can only be used for exit in connection with a visit to Europa-Park.
