Walibi Run 2026: 5 or 10 km Through Walibi Belgium

Imagine jogging through the empty pathways of Walibi Belgium a full week before the park officially opens for the season – past roller coasters, themed areas, and sections normally off-limits to guests. That’s exactly what the inaugural Walibi Run on March 28, 2026, offers: a timed 5 or 10 km race that combines running with an unforgettable theme park experience.

For the very first time, Walibi Belgium is inviting running enthusiasts to an extraordinary sporting event. Both regular runners and casual joggers are welcome, with two distances to choose from: 5 or 10 km.

Both routes follow the same 5 km loop through the heart of the park and its backstage areas, allowing everyone to set their own pace and challenge while soaking in the unique atmosphere.

The race is officially timed, with separate rankings by distance, podium ceremonies, and prizes to be won.

The true reward comes after crossing the finish line: all participants get exclusive three-hour access to Dock World, Walibi Belgium’s brand-new maritime-inspired themed area, opened specially for the event. Attractions, restaurants, and the shop will be available to unwind and extend the experience in this immersive new world.

Runners can also purchase a companion ticket for just €15, granting a friend or family member access to the start/finish area during the race and to Dock World afterward.

Walibi Belgium is adding a charitable dimension to this debut edition – part of the registration fees will be donated to an association.

The Walibi Run takes place on Saturday, March 28, 2026. Registration costs €24 for the 5 km and €29 for the 10 km, including bib, timing, post-race refreshments, Dock World access, and parking.

Event schedule: bib pickup from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m., 10 km start at 11:00 a.m., 5 km start at 11:15 a.m., Dock World opens to participants and companions from 12:30 p.m. A perfect season kickoff for anyone who loves combining theme park magic with a good run.
