Europa-Park Hiring Success: 260 New Employees in Just Three Days

Finding a dream job and walking away with a signed contract the same day – that was the reality for many at Europa-Park’s recruitment days from February 4 to 6. A total of 760 candidates visited Hotel “Santa Isabel” to meet the recruiting team in quick, speed-dating-style interviews. An impressive 260 applicants left the event with contracts already signed.

What makes these recruitment days special is the direct contact in the actual work environment: chefs demonstrated their skills right in the kitchen, while lifeguards proved their abilities in the hotel pool. “These recruitment days have impressively shown how attractive the Europa-Park Resort is as an employer. The large number of new hires and the huge interest confirm our approach,” said Frederik Mack, Director HR & Organisation. He extended special thanks to the entire Human Resources team for their dedication, clear processes, and high professionalism.

The growing demand for staff is driven by the resort’s continuous expansion, including current projects such as the construction of the “Riverside Western Lodge” in Silver Lake City.

Those who missed the February dates will soon have new opportunities: On February 25, 2026, a French-language recruitment day will take place at the Club de la presse in Strasbourg. On February 28, 2026, a recruitment day focused on seasonal jobs and part-time positions will be held at the MACK Academy – particularly suitable for school pupils and students. On March 4 and 5, 2026, the recruitment days will return to the Rulantica water world. Talents are sought across all areas of the resort.
