Europa-Park Welcomes 150 Millionth Visitor Milestone

On November 10, 2025, Europa-Park welcomed its 150 millionth visitor. This marks a milestone for Germany's largest theme park in the year of its 50th anniversary. The Walser family from Basel was greeted with a festive surprise, including an exclusive experience package. The event underscores the park's enduring popularity as a year-round destination for families worldwide.

Europa-Park, operated by the Mack family business, celebrated this historic moment amid the HALLOWinter season. With golden and blue balloons, as well as sparkling confetti, the family of Michelle and Jochen Walser with their children Annalena and Samuel was surprised in an impressive HALLOWinter atmosphere. The 43-year-old Michelle, who has visited the park regularly since her childhood, expressed her surprise and joy. She said: “I've been coming here regularly since my childhood. That we get to experience this moment today is simply unbelievable!”

As the anniversary family, the group from Basel received a comprehensive experience package. This included a personal welcome by the mascots Ed and Edda, as well as exclusive rides on attractions without waiting times. A lunch at the looping restaurant "FoodLoop" was also on the program, along with reserved seats at a show. As a highlight, there was an overnight voucher for two nights at the hotel resort, which included entry to Europa-Park and the Rulantica water world.

This milestone marks an emotional highlight in our history, as Roland Mack, founder and owner of Europa-Park, emphasized. He said: “150 million visitors in 50 years. That is an incredible sign of trust. From our first guests in 1975 to today, generations have experienced unforgettable moments with us. That we get to celebrate this success right in the middle of our HALLOWinter season once again underscores that Europa-Park has long become a year-round destination for families from all over the world.”

Europa-Park currently attracts visitors with more than 100 attractions and 17 European themed areas, along with the unique combination of spooky fun and winter magic. In the HALLOWinter season until November 28, the motto “Celebrate under the Stars” combines glowing pumpkins with festive winter decorations and thus creates a unique experience between autumn and Christmas. Thousands of visitors flock to the park daily.

From November 29, the classic winter season begins, which lasts until January 18, 2026, with the exception of December 24 and 25. The Rulantica water world complements the offering year-round with thrilling slides, the heated outdoor pool Svømmepøl, and the exclusive relaxation and sauna area Hyggedal for adventure and relaxation.
