Starting summer 2026, young people from across Europe will get the chance to experience the Europa-Park and Rulantica not just as visitors, but by working behind the scenes and truly immersing themselves in Europe. The new Eurosummer Program at the Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort combines hands-on professional experience with real intercultural exchange and a strong sense of European community.
Throughout the summer months, participants will support the resort team in three key areas: food and beverage, the attractions at Europa-Park, or the Rulantica water world. With regularly rotating assignments, they’ll gain broad insights into the day-to-day operations of one of Europe’s largest experience resorts.
“With Eurosummer we are giving young people from all over Europe the chance to work in an international setting, discover different cultures, and share a summer that strengthens teamwork, fresh perspectives and European connection in a very special way,” says Frederik Mack, Director of HR & Organization.
The program is aimed at anyone aged 18 and above, with a particular focus on international applicants looking for teamwork, cultural exchange and a shared summer adventure. Two time slots are available: June 15 to July 31, 2026, and August 1 to September 30, 2026. Applicants can sign up for one period or both.
One of the program’s biggest draws is the communal living arrangement in the brand-new Eurosummer Camp. Participants will stay in modern Tiny Houses that together form their own little community, complete with a central gathering area designed to encourage meeting and exchanging ideas. The symbolic groundbreaking for the Tiny Houses was performed by Europa-Park owners Roland and Jürgen Mack together with Frederik Mack.
“We’re going to have space for 40 young people here, mainly students from all over Europe. This is really a fantastic project. We’ve already received some exciting applications and commitments from students across the continent – it’s going to be very international,” the team emphasized at the groundbreaking.
In addition to their work shifts, joint activities form an important part of the program, including trips to the tri-border region, nature and cultural experiences, and creative and sporting events that bring intercultural dialogue and the European spirit to life.
