Work Where Others Vacation: Europa-Park Resort Career Days 2026

The Europa-Park Resort is once again hosting career days in 2026. As one of the largest family-owned companies in southern Baden, it employs around 5,500 people and offers diverse career opportunities in Germany's largest theme park, the Europa-Park hotels, and the Rulantica water world. Around 400 open positions are to be filled for the coming year.

Frederik Mack, Director of HR & Organization, emphasizes the ongoing growth. New projects such as the construction of the Riverside Western Lodge in Silver Lake City are increasing guest bed capacity while also increasing staffing needs. The career days offer the ideal opportunity to fill these roles. Diversity, team spirit, and personal development are central to the Europa-Park Resort, which welcomes entry-level applicants, career changers, and seasoned professionals alike. As in previous years, successful candidates can take a signed employment contract home with them immediately.

Personal contact is the focus of the career days. In short, straightforward conversations on equal terms—somewhere between speed dating and a traditional job interview—applicants gain authentic insight into potential roles and the unique working atmosphere of the resort.

Openings currently exist across many areas. In Europa-Park, staff are needed for attractions and Shopping & Games; in the hotels, the emphasis is on housekeeping; and positions are available in gastronomy as well as in crafts and technical departments. In the Rulantica water world, roles include attraction operators and lifeguards, among others. Prestigious positions are offered at the Eatrenalin fine-dining restaurant and the two-Michelin-starred Ammolite—The Lighthouse Restaurant. The range is rounded out by numerous apprenticeship places.

The first career days will be held Feb. 4–6, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day at Hotel Santa Isabel. No prior appointment is required; walk-ins are welcome. On Thursday morning, representatives from employment agencies will also be present.

A career day aimed specifically at applicants from France will be held Feb. 25, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Club de la Presse Strasbourg.

A dedicated career day targeting school pupils and students seeking holiday jobs or temporary positions will be held Feb. 28, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the MACK Academy.

Career days will be held March 4–5, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. directly in the Rulantica water world, providing opportunities for personal meetings. Applicants can apply for positions across the entire Europa-Park Resort.

Appointments can be arranged by phone at +49 (0) 7822 77 15444 or by email at [email protected]. Further details on the 2026 career days are available at jobs.europapark.de/de/bewerbertage-2026.
