PEPPA PIG Park Günzburg to Open on May 19, 2024

In just one month, precisely by Pentecost, the new PEPPA PIG Park will open its gates in Günzburg, Bavaria. Located just steps away from LEGOLAND® Germany, the park offers families the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of PEPPA PIG.

Overview and Location

Günzburg is gearing up for the opening of a new jewel in the world of amusement parks. The PEPPA PIG Park, a theme park based on the popular children's series, is set to open its doors on May 19. Adjacent to the LEGOLAND® Germany Resort, this location promises to become an attractive destination for families.

Attractions and Offers

The park will feature various attractions, from Daddy Pig's Rollercoaster, where children can ride in a red car, to Peppa's Balloon Ride, which lifts them up into the air. Planned are five rides and seven themed playgrounds, a cinema, and various shows. A highlight is the park’s first LEGO® DUPLO® PEPPA PIG Play Zone in Europe.

Construction and Preparations

Theming efforts and test runs are already in full swing. Manuela Stone, the Managing Director of LEGOLAND Germany Resort, expressed optimism during a construction site tour that everything is on schedule for a timely opening.

Management Comments and Future Outlook

“This park will be a dream destination for families with young children,” Stone said. In addition to the Günzburg location, another PEPPA PIG Park is planned to open in the USA in 2024. These new parks build on the success of existing PEPPA PIG facilities worldwide.
