World of Frozen Opens Spring 2026 in Disneyland Paris

Disneyland Paris shared new details about World of Frozen during the Destination D23 event in Florida. This immersive zone will open its doors in spring 2026 at Disney Adventure World, inviting visitors to dive into the world of Arendelle. Michel Den Dulk, Vice President and Portfolio Executive Creative Director at Walt Disney Imagineering Paris, provided insights into the ongoing construction.

Construction Updates

Michel Den Dulk, who works for Walt Disney Imagineering Paris, presented updates on the building process of the new World of Frozen and invited people to learn more about it. Arendelle comes to life day by day, while extensive work continues behind the scenes in World of Frozen and throughout the entire expansion. World of Frozen will welcome its first visitors and fans in spring 2026.

Castles and Palaces in Disneyland Paris

Disneyland Paris is already home to numerous iconic castles, including the majestic Sleeping Beauty Castle and many others. To celebrate this new beginning in the second Paris park, additional impressive structures are being added that enrich the landscape.

The Château d’Arendelle

Among the new additions, the sublime Château d’Arendelle stands out, inspired by traditional Scandinavian architecture. Visitors can stroll through its majestic corridors and participate in a royal audience in the company of Queens Elsa and Anna.

Elsa’s Ice Palace

The Imagineers have recently completed the installation of Elsa’s Ice Palace on the summit of the North Mountain. This palace, consisting of about thirty rooms, will become a central element in World of Frozen due to its scale. Visitors will head toward the Ice Palace as soon as they enter the new immersive zone.
