PortAventura World, Spain’s leading theme park, has partnered with fintech company seQura to offer flexible payment solutions. Visitors can now pay for tickets and soon hotel packages in installments, enhancing accessibility. A new subscription model and expansion to France are planned, revolutionizing the tourism and leisure experience.

Flexible Payment Plans for Guests

Through the collaboration with seQura, PortAventura World allows guests to pay for tickets in convenient installments. Visitors can spread the cost over three months at no extra charge or divide it into six to ten installments with a small fee. This approach makes theme park visits more affordable while promoting responsible spending. In the coming weeks, the option will extend to hotel packages, enabling guests to plan trips more flexibly and save on each purchase while maintaining financial well-being.

Enhanced Customer Service Integration

PortAventura World is integrating seQura’s payment technology into its call center for both inbound and outbound calls. This allows customers to complete purchases in installments with ease. Fernando Aldecoa, General Director of PortAventura World, stated: “The partnership with seQura reflects our commitment to innovation. We invest in forward-thinking solutions to make visits to PortAventura World simpler and more exciting.” The technology ensures speed, simplicity, and security, backed by a Net Promoter Score exceeding 89 percent.

Subscription Model and Loyalty Program

The partnership includes the introduction of a seQura subscription model, redefining recurring theme park experiences. Later, seQura Prime, an innovative loyalty program, will further enhance the guest experience.
