From March 6 through April 27, 2026, Disney California Adventure Park turns into a true culinary paradise once again. The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is back, celebrating the full spectrum of flavors, creativity and cultural diversity of California cuisine with more than 80 specialty food and beverage items across eight vibrant marketplaces. This limited-time event brings fresh inspiration from across the Golden State to the park – and delivers real value for fans through exciting new creations, beloved returning favorites and smart money-saving options.
Standout new items include the savory carbonara pizzetta from LA Style with white sauce, Nueske’s® applewood smoked bacon and black pepper drizzle; the spicy chicharrón nachos from California Craft Brews topped with chorizo, cheese sauce, tomatoes and salsa verde; the Asian-inspired ramen mac and cheese from Peppers Cali-Ente with furikake, fish cakes, green onions and chile crunch; and the hearty pork chile verde chalupas from Paradise Garden Grill served with Spanish rice and refried beans. The lineup is rounded out by the chile relleno torta from Award Wieners on toasted telera bread and the new pandan latte churro from Terran Treats — a classic churro rolled in coffee sugar, topped with pandan whipped cream and toasted coconut shavings. Sweet explorers will also love the banana caramel bread pudding from Aunt Cass Café and the café de olla tres leches cake from Mercado de Antojos.
The beverage selection brings even more excitement: New highlights like the Hot Honey White Sangria from Cluck-A-Doodle-Moo, California beer flights from California Craft Brews and non-alcoholic options such as the Cuties Mandarin Orange & Blackberry Punch from Garlic Kissed or the Pandan Milk Tea from Lucky Fortune Cookery pair perfectly with everything. Returning favorites include the Sirloin Gruyère Mac & Cheese with black garlic chimichurri, the Asa’DOS from Cluck-A-Doodle-Moo and the Mickey-shaped macaron with SNICKERS® bar pieces from Uncork California.
Anyone wanting to sample as many dishes as possible should pick up the convenient Sip and Savor Pass in the four- or eight-coupon version. Each digital coupon can be redeemed for a selected food item or nonalcoholic beverage and is easy to share with friends or spread across multiple visits — a real game-changer for foodies.
Beyond the amazing eats, the festival offers fantastic entertainment. The beloved attraction Soarin’ Over California returned in early February and once again takes guests on a breathtaking aerial journey over the wonders of the Golden State. Daily shows include “Cookin’ with the Jammin’ Chefs” and live music at the Paradise Gardens Bandstand. On select days the interactive “Confection Purrfection with the SuperKitties” show joins the lineup, along with performances at the Palisades Stage. On weekends, celebrity chefs such as Jet Tila, Wing Lam and Duff Goldman, together with Disneyland Resort chefs, host live culinary demonstrations at the Hollywood Backlot Stage.
For an additional fee, guests can book educational beverage seminars at Sonoma Terrace covering wine tastings, mixology and cocktail making. A fresh festival merchandise collection featuring apparel, home décor and trading pins is available at multiple shops throughout the park and at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. Special ticket offers and hotel packages make the whole experience even more accessible.
