On September 1, 96 young adults began their professional careers at Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort, including Wasserwelt Rulantica and MACK Rides. The family-owned company now employs a total of 235 apprentices and students. With 33 recognized apprenticeship professions and 13 dual study programs, Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort ranks among the largest training providers in the region.
International Diversity of Apprentices
The new apprentices reflect the international diversity of the resort's visitors. They come not only from Germany but also from countries such as France, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and South Africa. Their training takes place in Rust or Waldkirch.

To get started, the newcomers completed an onboarding week. During this time, they got to know their trainers and colleagues, participated in training sessions, and familiarized themselves with their new work environment.
Cross-Border Training Positions
This year, cross-border training positions were offered for the second time. These involve the areas of gardening and mechanics. Theoretical instruction takes place in France, while practical training occurs at Europa-Park.
