Star DJ Jaden Bojsen Creates Sound for Ammolite – House of Light

Europa-Park fans, get ready! The two-Michelin-star restaurant “Ammolite – House of Light” at Hotel Bell Rock in the Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort is stepping into a new era with its very own soundtrack. International star DJ Jaden Bojsen has created an exclusive track and a 4.5-hour music mix – turning fine dining into a fully immersive experience.

Ammolite now presents itself as the House of Light with a completely redefined philosophy. A thoughtful overall concept merges architecture, lighting design and exquisite plate compositions into one harmonious journey. Head chef and two-Michelin-starred Peter Hagen-Wiest focuses on down-to-earth, modern European fine dining that blends authenticity with creativity at the highest level.

The restaurant’s musical signature is the song “Lighthouse – The Sound of Ammolite” by Jaden Bojsen. The track drops on March 25, 2026, on all major streaming platforms and in the Europa-Park online shop. From the reopening onward, the DJ’s 4.5-hour mix will play in the restaurant, perfectly capturing the House of Light character and wrapping itself around Peter Hagen-Wiest’s cuisine.

Jaden Bojsen recently shaped the global dance sound with his hit “Let’s Go,” which gained massive reach on social media. After performances at festivals like Tomorrowland and a main-stage set at Escape Festival, he is now bringing that energy to Rust. His latest track “Upside Down,” created together with David Guetta, is climbing the charts once again. Jaden’s connection to the Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort runs deep and is almost family: His father, renowned TV chef Brian Bojsen, has been close friends for years with Thomas Mack, managing partner of Europa-Park. Together they developed the food concept for the four-star-superior Hotel “Krønasår,” among other projects.

In an exclusive statement about the collaboration, Jaden Bojsen says: “Hey, what’s up guys? My name is Jaden Bojsen. The collaboration with Europa-Park came about because my father has been working closely with the park for years and is very good friends with Thomas Mack. He took care of the culinary side, which is why I’ve spent a lot of time at Europa-Park. That’s how the collaboration developed last year when they asked me if I’d like to handle the musical side for their restaurant Ammolite. It’s obviously a huge honor for me, and I’m thrilled to be part of this project. The inspiration for the song ‘Lighthouse’ came from the fact that the restaurant is in a lighthouse at Europa-Park – the theme was pretty easy for me to find. Plus, I was born and raised on Sylt by the beach, so I could tap into that perfect vibe. It combines beautifully with the two-star restaurant: classy, yet with that awesome beach and summer vibe tied to the lighthouse theme. I’m super excited about all the feedback we’ve received so far. The song is going down amazingly, and it’s a huge honor to be part of this project.”
