High-Speed Chase in the LEGO City Summer Show
The villain “No Face” rides his motorcycle almost vertically as he escapes with the stolen USB stick from the city's high-security vault. Police Lieutenant Duke DeTain and his team do everything to recover the city's most important item. They chase the bad guys on bicycles, skateboards, e-motorcycles, and with freerunning through the streets of Bricksburg. The LEGO City Summer Show transforms the stage into a vibrant metropolis with fast-paced motorcycle stunts, spectacular zipline flights, impressive skateboard tricks, and dynamic parkour elements. Urban beats and humorous moments make the performance feel like a blockbuster.
Legendary Summer Nights and Colorful Parades
Three summer nights on August 2, 9, and 16, 2025, extend the opening hours at the LEGOLAND Germany Resort until 10 p.m. under the motto “Summer in the City.” Live music, summer vibes, and a gigantic fireworks display create special moments. The LEGOLAND Parade brings colorfully decorated floats, life-size LEGO heroes, and cheerful dancers to the park streets. These evenings invite visitors to a festive atmosphere where children's eyes sparkle.
Splashy Cooling and Creative Building Zones
When temperatures rise, the water attractions at the LEGOLAND Germany Resort provide perfect refreshment. Wild rapids on the Wellenreiter and turbulent pirate water battles with Käpt’n Nick ensure wet fun. In the LEGO City building zone, guests create imaginative cityscapes brick by brick together with “Adult Fans of LEGO” in a relaxed setting.
Top-Tier Cast and Intensive Preparation
An international cast elevates the show to a high level. Trial bikers, award-winning slackline artists like world record holder Sascha Grill, TV-famous high-wire artist David Marco Pintado, and experienced stunt skateboarders deliver adrenaline-filled moments. Martin Lubitzsch, Event and Entertainment Director at the LEGOLAND Germany Resort, explains the preparation: “We started working intensively on the theme, storyboard, and set design with the creative minds from the LEGO Group and Merlin Magic Making over a year ago. Our goal was clear: Everything had to be perfect to bring the LEGO City metropolis authentically to life and develop a show that captivates the whole family. Seeing the enthusiasm of big and small guests now, I know we've succeeded brilliantly – it's a wonderful show we can truly be proud of!”
Show Times and Access
The LEGO City Summer Show takes place from July 5 to September 14, 2025, in the LEGO Arena. Performances run daily except Mondays at 1 p.m., 3 p.m., and 5 p.m. On the summer nights of August 2, 9, and 16, there's an additional show at 7 p.m. Admission to all events and shows is included in the LEGOLAND Germany ticket.
