Christmas 2025 at Disney World: Magic & Festivities

From November 14 to December 31, 2025, Walt Disney World Resort will transform into a festive wonderland with dazzling decorations, themed dining, unique entertainment, and exclusive holiday merchandise. The four theme parks, Disney Springs, and Disney Resort Hotels will offer enchanting experiences for guests of all ages.

Magic Kingdom’s Holiday Enchantment

Magic Kingdom will celebrate the holiday season with stunning decorations along Main Street, U.S.A. and throughout the park. Guests can capture photos in front of the festively adorned Cinderella Castle, perfect for holiday cards. The “Frozen Holiday Surprise” features Olaf and over 100 snow siblings decorating the castle with garlands, ornaments, and wreaths. Anna, Kristoff, and Elsa create a magical moment as the castle transforms into a crystalline palace. The “Jingle Cruise” returns with holiday-themed jokes and decor, guided by a skilled skipper on a 10-minute journey through treacherous waters. Festive lights and details crafted by the Jungle Navigation Company enhance the queue experience. Iconic photo spots like TRON Lightcycle / Run, Space Mountain, and Haunted Mansion invite more memorable snapshots.

EPCOT: Global Holiday Traditions

The EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, presented by AdventHealth, will run from November 28 to December 30, 2025. Guests can savor dishes at the Holiday Kitchens, featuring heartwarming global recipes detailed in Disney Eats’ Foodie Guide. The “JOYFUL! A Celebration of the Season” at CommuniCore Plaza captivates with powerful singers, while the Voices of Liberty perform as Dickens Carolers in Victorian attire at The American Adventure Pavilion. The “Candlelight Processional” at America Gardens Theatre shares the Christmas story with a celebrity narrator, a 50-piece orchestra, herald trumpets, and a choir, with shows daily at 5:00 PM, 6:45 PM, and 8:15 PM; seating is limited. Holiday Storytellers in World Showcase share traditions, such as Las Posadas in Mexico, a mischievous barn Santa in Norway, or the Daruma storyteller in Japan. “Olaf’s Holiday Scavenger Hunt” sends guests searching for Olaf at 13 locations, with a purchasable map and a reward at Creations Shop or World Traveler. The “Holiday Cookie Stroll” offers five cookies, like the Coffee-Mocha Cookie with coffee-infused buttercream, culminating in a special prize. “Living with the Land – Glimmering Greenhouses” dazzles with twinkling lights and showcases innovative agricultural techniques.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios: Cinematic Celebrations

Disney’s Hollywood Studios blends holiday magic with Hollywood flair. “Sunset Seasons Greetings” transforms the Hollywood Tower Hotel nightly into a Muppet gingerbread masterpiece, a “Toy Story” toy hotel, a snowy Arendelle corner, or a Victorian village from “Mickey’s Christmas Carol.” At Hyperion Theater, “For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration” invites guests to sing along as Arendelle’s historians recount its story, with projected lyrics and a finale featuring Olaf. Minnie’s Holiday Dine at Hollywood & Vine offers festive music, decor, and a menu including roasted herb chicken, sliced beef tenderloin, seared salmon, spiced pork tenderloin, or plant-based mushroom-farro risotto, plus desserts like seasonal bread pudding and Mississippi Mud Pie. Reservations are strongly recommended. Toy Story Land dazzles with oversized holiday decorations and characters like Woody, Jessie, and Buzz in festive attire. Vintage decorations adorn Echo Lake and Sunset Boulevard, ideal for photos with Gertie.

Animal Kingdom: Nature-Inspired Festivities

At Animal Kingdom, the “Merry Menagerie” on Discovery Island brings handcrafted puppets of penguins, reindeer, foxes, and polar bears to life, perfect for holiday card photos. Original artwork by artist Rob Kaz is available at Island Mercantile, where he will greet guests from November 1 to 20. The “Tree of Life Awakenings – Holiday Edition” captivates after dark with vibrant colors and animated images, accompanied by holiday music, running every 10 minutes until park closure. Mickey and Minnie pose in festive outfits at Adventurers Outpost, ready for their next adventure.

Disney Springs: Festive Shopping and Fun

Disney Springs invites guests to the “Christmas Tree Stroll,” presented by AdventHealth, showcasing extravagant Christmas trees inspired by Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, and superhero favorites. Guests can interact with trees using MagicBand+, including the “Haunted Mansion” tree adorned with musical instruments and candelabras. Jock Lindsey’s Holiday Bar serves seasonal snacks, beers, and drinks in a rustic setting with airplane parts and holiday decor. Stilt walkers as toy soldiers, roller skaters as snowflakes, a holiday drum corps, and a brass band create a festive atmosphere. Regional bands perform nightly on the Waterside Stage, with seating on a first-come basis. Guests can find holiday souvenirs at Disney’s Days of Christmas and World of Disney. Nightly snowfall in Town Center adds wintery charm to Central Florida.

Disney Resort Hotels: Holiday Ambiance

The over 25 Disney Resort Hotels shine with oversized Christmas trees, gingerbread displays, and joyful music. Themed treats, like gingerbread delicacies, enhance the atmosphere, with details on the Disney Parks Blog and @DisneyParks. Guests can save up to 20% on select stays on most Sunday through Thursday nights from October 12 to November 20 and most nights from November 23 to December 25, 2025, plus receive a $100 Dining and Shopping Gift Card with four-day ticket purchases. Bookings open July 10, 2025, at DisneyWorld.com/SpecialOffers. Benefits include 30-minute early park entry and, for Disney Deluxe Resort Hotels or Villas, extended evening hours.

Meeting Santa Claus

Santa Claus will visit all four theme parks and stop at Disney Springs through December 24. Guests can take festive photos and share wishes. The My Disney Experience app provides exact times and locations before he returns to the North Pole.

New “Disney Starlight” Parade

The “Disney Starlight” parade debuts July 20, 2025, at Magic Kingdom, running twice nightly except during “Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party” evenings. Elsa and other Disney characters add extra holiday magic, unfazed by the cold.
