Imagine standing right in the middle of the legendary wooden coaster Troy, surrounded by towering wooden structures exactly where the trains normally speed by. Toverland is making this unique photo opportunity possible on March 7 and 8!
During the annual retrack work, major sections of the track and parts of the structure are being renewed to keep the ride in top condition. That’s why the longest, tallest and fastest wooden coaster in the Benelux region will remain closed until March 28.
Instead, an exclusive photo spot is being created at the base of the impressive Horseshoe element. On an elevated concrete base where the characteristic fan-like wooden supports converge, guests can now take photos they would normally never get.
On March 7 and 8, from 12:00 to 16:00, this normally inaccessible area will be open to all visitors with a valid day ticket. Signage on site will guide the way.
There’s also a giveaway: Simply share your photo on Instagram with #Toverland or on Facebook and you could win great Trojan surprises.
Troy will return in full force from March 28 with the start of the summer season – reaching 90 km/h from a height of 35 meters, with steep climbs and sharp curves.
