Troy Shop at Toverland Reopens in Fresh New Look – Tougher Design & New Souvenirs

After an epic ride on Troy, Toverland’s wooden coaster, fans are in for something special: The legendary Troy Shop has reopened with a fresh, much tougher and darker new design. The Dutch theme park is launching its new summer season in style and turning the shop into the perfect finale after riding the wooden giant.

Anyone who steps straight from the adrenaline rush into the shop immediately finds themselves immersed in an authentic Trojan atmosphere. The entire interior has been redesigned with darker wall fixtures featuring ancient ornaments and decorations inspired by the Greeks’ battle to defend Troy. Deep red walls with classic Greek patterns and subtle paintings quietly bring the story of Troy to life. New Greek columns serve as stylish display areas, while the checkout counter now stands prominently in the center, giving visitors plenty of room to browse comfortably.

The real showstopper is the central main display: barrels, spears, a Trojan shield and a Corinthian helmet turn the store into a true eye-catcher and provide perfect spots to showcase the souvenirs. New ornaments and a refreshed storefront sign also make the shop much more noticeable from the outside.

True Troy fans will love one particular detail: The new name sign was built entirely from original Coaster parts — iron strips and bolts that once held the wooden planks together, complete with tiny black serial numbers still visible on some boards. You simply can’t get more authentic than that.

On top of that comes a brand-new souvenir collection that will thrill every fan: fresh shirts, caps, keychains and even Bricks sets so you can recreate your own Troy adventures at home. As a Magic Member you even get 5 percent off everything.

And because Toverland always thinks ahead, the coaster itself has been refreshed as well. Fifteen in-house staff members replaced 130 meters of track, including the camelback section and the windmeter curve. That accounts for 20 percent of the entire ride, which has now been completely renewed over the past four years. This keeps Troy in top condition as the longest, fastest and tallest wooden coaster in the Benelux – ready for many more years of unforgettable rides.
