In an emotional ceremony at Studio D in Walt Disney Studios Park, Mónica Cresson and Agathe Soul were named the new official representatives of Disneyland Paris for the years 2026 and 2027. This marks an important step in two years that will be defined by milestones such as the transformation of Walt Disney Studios Park into Disney Adventure World.
The Appointment of the New Ambassadors
Mónica and Agathe join the Disneyland Paris ambassador family as the 32nd and 33rd ambassadors. In doing so, they continue the values and legacy of the Disney ambassador program, which celebrates its 60th anniversary this year.
The Selection Process
Over the past three weeks, Mónica and Agathe went through an intensive selection process marked by enriching moments. They captured the hearts of the jury members with their unique personalities and enthusiasm. They now begin their training period alongside José Alfaro Navarro and Dylan Legras, the current Disneyland Paris ambassadors for 2024 to 2025, before the latter end their term at the close of the year.
Future Roles as Disney Ambassadors
Starting Jan. 1, 2026, Mónica and Agathe will officially assume their roles as Disney ambassadors. They will represent Disneyland Paris and its cast members during key moments in the destination's transformation. This includes the transition of Walt Disney Studios Park to Disney Adventure World, beginning with the opening of "World of Frozen" in the spring.

Mónica Cresson: From Mexico to Disneyland Paris
Mónica Cresson originally hails from Mexico and is a trained psychologist with a master's degree in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. She arrived in France in 2020 and initially worked in retail before starting at Disneyland Paris in 2022 as a receptionist at Disney Sequoia Lodge. Two years later, she participated in the reopening of Disneyland Hotel and was selected for the Castle Club team, where she welcomes guests at the heart of one of the resort's most iconic locations. In the same year, Mónica represented Disneyland Paris in the competition for France's best receptionist and achieved third place, a recognition that stands out as a key milestone in her career. In 2025, she completed the VIP guide training program, further expanding her expertise in the art of hospitality. For her, the ambassador role is a natural continuation of this path, allowing her to meet people, build connections, and proudly represent the diversity of talents at Disneyland Paris.
Agathe Soul: The Journey of a Passionate Cast Member
Agathe Soul originally comes from Aix-en-Provence in France and visited Disneyland Paris multiple times during her childhood until she was 7 years old. At 18, she returned with a clear goal: to realize her childhood dream and become a cast member. She started in guest flow during "The Lion King & Jungle Festival," where she supported the teams in welcoming guests and ensuring their safety. She then moved on as an attractions host to "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril." In 2020, she chose professional training as a makeup artist in Paris, always with the thought of returning to Disneyland Paris one day. A few months later, she returned to the resort at "Pirates of the Caribbean" before switching to the cosmetics department in 2023, which had been her dream from the start. Agathe has contributed to several key seasons at the resort, including Halloween, Christmas, and the 30th anniversary, and currently works on "Disney Stars on Parade." For her, the ambassador role is an opportunity to spotlight the cast members who have inspired her, celebrate the diversity of talents, and proudly represent all those who bring the magic to life, especially in view of the upcoming opening of Disney Adventure World.
