At the Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort, Germany's largest theme park, visitors can look forward to a wide range of events in October. The program spans from horror-themed events like Traumatica - Festival of Fear to culinary highlights such as the Alemannic Knights' Feast. The Halloween season and festivals like the German Fest ensure diverse experiences in Rust.

Traumatica - Festival of Fear

Traumatica - Festival of Fear, the award-winning horror spectacle, will provide thrills and chills from September 24 to November 8. Dark forces have already slowly infiltrated, and now there is no mercy left in fully taking over Traumatica. Eden Manor will open its doors starting September 26, where an unknown chaos descends upon the peaceful world of Eden, blending beauty and harmony with darkness and uncertainty.

Halloween Season

The Halloween season will run from September 27 to November 2. Rickety skeletons, eerie figures, and demonic night spirits will roam the park. The mysterious autumn landscape will captivate both young and old horror fans. Attractions, the parade, the show program, and the gastronomy will adapt to the spooky yet beautiful time of year.

SWR3 Halloween Party

The SWR3 Halloween Party will take place on October 31, marking its 25th edition as Germany's largest Halloween party. Guests will experience top DJ act David Puentez, enjoy cool beats in the Silent Disco, and savor tasty snacks and refreshing drinks for an unforgettable eerie night.

Oktoberfest

The Oktoberfest will run from September 19 to October 11. O'zapft is'. In the Europa-Park Arena, visitors will celebrate in a convivial atmosphere with delicious Hofbräu Oktoberfest beer and hearty treats.

Rulantica Vibes

Guests at the Rulantica water world can experience Rulantica Vibes year-round. Against the spectacular backdrop of the outdoor slide world Svalgurok, relaxed hours with DJ sounds and cool drinks invite those longing for such an evening. The event takes place Mondays to Saturdays from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

SPOOK ME! 2 - Musical & Dinner

SPOOK ME! 2 - Musical & Dinner will occur on October 3, 5, 12, and 25. Combined with the musical performance, guests can expect an autumnal dinner with live music in the historic Schloss Balthasar, including suitable wines, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.

German Fest

The German Fest will offer specials in the Germany themed area from October 3 to 5. Visitors will discover typical national traditions and experience German culture in a new way. Amid dirndls and lederhosen, beer, wine, and lively brass music, it will be especially sociable.

Alemannic Knights' Feast

The Alemannic Knights' Feast will lead a shared journey back to the 15th century on October 4, 10, 18, 24, and 31. The Schloss Balthasar, built in 1442, awaits guests in its halls for an authentic feast with four courses. The evening will combine medieval dialect, wit, and charm with historical live music.

World Octopus Day in Rulantica

On October 8, Rulantica will focus entirely on the octopus in honor of World Octopus Day. From 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., there will be great games and interactive activities in the water world.

Charity Flea Market

The Charity Flea Market will once again take place in the Europa-Park nursery on October 11 and 12 for a good cause. The proceeds will benefit people who have fallen into difficult life situations through no fault of their own, via the Marianne Mack support association, Santa Isabel e.V.

Irish Fest

The Irish Fest will bring fairies and leprechauns to the park on October 11 and 12, because while fairies and leprechauns may not exist, they do in Europa-Park. Guests will experience step dancing skills, while Irish Folk provides a festive atmosphere. For young visitors, there will be creative crafting activities around the theme of Ireland, fun for the whole family. In a traditional Celtic pub setting, they can also enjoy a cool Guinness or a fortifying Irish Coffee and soak up the full magic of Ireland.

SPOOK ME! 1 & 2 - Musicals & Taste

On October 19, SPOOK ME! 1 & 2 - Musicals & Taste will let guests experience both complete musicals in a single evening, uniquely combined, elaborately staged, and accompanied by culinary delights.

Open House Day at the TALENT ACADEMY

Also on October 19, the TALENT ACADEMY will open its doors as part of the Ruster Kilwi. In the modern course and teaching rooms, coaches from the successful institution will offer free workshops to help visitors discover their very own personal talents. In addition, members will showcase their skills in various performances.

Science Days

The Science Days will transform the Confertainment Center into a gigantic experimentation and adventure world from October 23 to 25. Numerous offerings around science and technology will promise exciting experiences for children and teenagers.

Malam Indonesia

Malam Indonesia will be an artistic-culinary experience evening at Restaurant Bamboe Baai on October 24, transporting guests directly into the world of pirates in Batavia with a 4-course menu and letting them embark on an adventurous journey together.

Gin Tonic & Burger

Gin Tonic & Burger will provide variety on October 24 and 25. While bar chef Denis Lentz and his team ensure diversity in the glass with five brilliant Gin Tonics, head chef Christophe Hoppenkamps will additionally create three delicious burgers.

Missio Installation and Church Service

On October 25 and 26, there will be a Missio installation around the Norwegian Stave Church. It will introduce the Catholic aid organization Missio. On Sunday, a solemn church service will take place in the Convento room of Hotel Santa Isabel.

Volunteer Lecture Series with Nicole Staudinger

The volunteer lecture series with Nicole Staudinger will present her first stage program on October 30 as part of Marianne Mack's volunteer lecture series. On her 32nd birthday, Nicole Staudinger received a breast cancer diagnosis, but she did not give up. Even during chemo, she began writing. Her book "Brüste umständehalber abzugeben" landed on the SPIEGEL bestseller list overnight.
