LEGOLAND Windsor Unveils Red Roses Miniature Before Women's Rugby World Cup Final

Model builders at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort have unveiled a miniature representation of the English women's rugby team to wish the Red Roses good luck ahead of the Women's Rugby World Cup final. The scene in the Miniland attraction shows star players like captain Zoe Aldcroft, Ellie Kildunne, and Sadia Kabeya in a try-scoring pose. Built from 1,088 LEGO bricks, this display celebrates the team's success on the field.

This new scene in the iconic Miniland attraction immortalizes the Red Roses to wish them good luck ahead of the Women's Rugby World Cup final.

Details on the Construction of the Red Roses Scene

Quote from the Lead Model Builder

Daniel Brown, lead model builder at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, said: “It was an honor to bring the Red Roses to life in LEGO form, and we really threw ourselves into the scrum to ensure every detail was a winner. From Zoe Aldcroft leading from the front row to the try-scoring brilliance of Ellie Kildunne, this build was a real team effort. We hope it inspires young girls to play more and try rugby – and we'll be cheering the team on to bring the World Cup home.”

Availability of the Exhibition

The Red Roses scene will remain on display after the Women's Rugby World Cup final. It can be visited throughout October in Miniland. The Red Roses are preparing for the final against Canada on Saturday.
