Water Attractions for Cooling Off and Fun
Parc Astérix features seven water attractions that provide refreshment and appeal to every age group. La Revanche des Pirates – Grand Splatch takes visitors aboard with fearsome pirates from the comic, where humor, unexpected encounters, and water cascades ensure wet surprises. The Menhir Express lets guests embark on floating menhirs for a cruise filled with whirlpools and thrills.Romus et Rapidus carries visitors in inner tubes on a journey to Rome, where splashes and shakes are guaranteed. L’Oxygénarium offers a gigantic water slide, where passengers take a deep breath before racing down and cooling off. La Rivière d’Élis et Épidemaïs Croisière allows a peaceful ride with the current, perfect for little Gauls and anyone seeking relaxation.
Hydrolix, a mini version of the Menhir Express in the forest of Idefix, is designed for the youngest ones, who still get a few splashes.
Enjoyable Breaks at the Kiosks
After the adventures, the kiosks at Parc Astérix beckon for refreshing pauses. At the Vanille-Cassix kiosk, 16 varieties of handmade Louise ice cream are available, including vanilla, chocolate, salted caramel, lemon with meringue, and violet flavor. Themed options include Obelix with white chocolate and blue candies, Asterix with chocolate, milk flower, and cherry brownie, Miraculix with lemon, meringue, and mango sorbet, as well as Falbala with violet and black currant.In the Patio, fruity smoothies provide cooling relief, such as Ultra Violet with banana, strawberry, and blueberry, Tropik’Colada with pineapple, banana, and coconut, or Exotic with passion fruit, mango, and pineapple.
At the Frozen d’Elys kiosk, icy granitas tempt in flavors like Coca-Cola, Fanta lemon, Fanta raspberry, and Fanta strawberry.
