Seventy young people are starting vocational training or a dual study program at Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort and at MACK Rides. All planned training positions are filled. In the years ahead, they will work in hospitality and food service as well as in the commercial and technical jobs of the family company.
The 70 newcomers are spread across 29 training occupations and four degree programs, from hospitality and food service through commercial and technical jobs to many other fields. They will work at the Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort and at MACK Rides. More than 200 young people are currently in vocational training or a dual study program in a wide range of areas of the family company.
"Excellent vocational training is, for us, an investment in the future of our family company and, above all, in the people who help shape that future," says Frederik Mack, director of human resources at Europa-Park. DEHOGA, the German Hotel and Restaurant Association, has again confirmed the special quality of the trainee development. Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort received the quality seal "TOP-Ausbildungsbetrieb" again just a few weeks ago for its high training standards.
The family company also focuses on long-term prospects after trainees successfully complete their training. The large majority of this year's graduates received a permanent job offer, giving them a professional future at Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort. With its broad training offering and targeted support of young talent, Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort is making a lasting investment in its own next generation of skilled staff.
The continuously high training numbers make an important contribution to regional employment. With about 5,500 employees, Europa-Park ranks among the most important employers and job engines in the region.
