Eatrenalin Debuts New 8-Course Menu by Four 2-Star Chefs

Peter Hagen-Wiest, who has held two Michelin stars with the Ammolite - The Lighthouse Restaurant in the Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort for eleven years, has also been responsible for the culinary direction of the multisensory fine dining restaurant Eatrenalin since May of this year and now surprises his guests with a very special concept. For the current experience, the head chef has invited three befriended 2-star chefs to join him in creating this unique culinary journey of indulgence. Together with Christian Kuchler from the Restaurant Schaefli in Wigoltingen, Switzerland; Stefan Heilemann from the Widder in Zurich; and Paul Stradner from the Villa Rene Lalique in Wingen-sur-Moder in Alsace, the quartet created a new eight-course menu that awaits Eatrenalin guests from now on. The premiere took place on August 31, where the chefs and industry experts presented the concept.

Premiere of the Innovative Concept

On August 31, the innovative culinary concept was presented for the first time at the highest level in the presence of the four 2-star chefs. As part of the event, renowned chefs and industry experts such as Peter Knogl, Johann Lafer, Tanja Grandits, Douce Steiner, Viktoria Fuchs, and many others celebrated the premiere of the new menu. In the process, the individual worlds of indulgence on the culinary fine-dining journey were infused with the chefs' individual signatures. Each of the three guest chefs designed one course, while Peter Hagen-Wiest is responsible for the remaining courses.

The Quartet of Top Chefs

The quartet consists of Christian Kuchler from the Restaurant Schaefli in Wigoltingen, Switzerland; Stefan Heilemann from the Widder in Zurich; and Paul Stradner from the Villa Rene Lalique in Wingen-sur-Moder in Alsace, complemented by Peter Hagen-Wiest. Together, they have crafted the eight-course dinner, which unites the chefs' individual signatures in the worlds of indulgence of the culinary fine-dining journey.
